We recommend bringing your bull in for a complete breeding soundness examination prior to putting him with your cows for the breeding season. We will microscopically assess the motility and morphology of the bull’s semen as well as discuss any heritable defects that may be transferred to your herd. If found early, defects such as seminal vesciculitis, penile warts, and testicular trauma can often be treated, and your bull can be back to full breeding potential before the season begins.
