Dr. Philip Bentz


Dr. Phil grew up on a farm in nearby Concordia, Kansas. He attended Kansas State University where he completed his undergraduate degree as well as his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. Since graduating in 1993, he has worked as a mixed animal practitioner in the Kansas/Nebraska area for the past 30 years. Dr. Phil became certified in equine chiropractics in 2001 and has a special interest in equine lameness, reproduction, and chiropractics as well as bovine herd health.


Kelly- Receptionist

Kelly was born and raised in Columbus, Nebraska. She graduated from Peru State College with a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Ecology. She and her husband, Jeff spent 20 years in Omaha, NE, operating a nuisance wildlife business. They have since sold the business and now live near Palmer. She has been a part of the Animal Health Center since 2018 and has 4 dogs and 2 horses. She spends her spare time helping her husband Jeff catch critters, coaching fastpitch softball, hunting, horseback riding, and spending time with friends & family. Kelly also enjoys volunteering with the National Wild Turkey Federation and many other hunting organizations.
